La Pamperruque est une suite de danses typiquement bayonnaise, datant du XVII-XVIIIéme siècle . Exécutée par les fils et les filles des notables, elle était offerte par la ville lors d’occasions solennelles. Le cortège, farandole gracieuse et raffinée, déambulait à travers les places et les rues au son du tambour. En 2012, le groupe Erro Bat revisite cette danse à l’occasion des 80 ans des fêtes de Bayonne sur un nouvel arrangement musical pour violon, flûte et guitare.

The Pamperruque is succession of dances, dating from the 17th–18th century. Performed by the sons and the daughters of the dignitaries of Bayonne, it was offered by the city at solemn occasions.The procession, a gracious and refined farandole, wandered through the places and the streets to the sound of drums. In 2012, Erro Bat presented this dance for the 80th anniversary of the festival of Bayonne with a new musical arrangement for violin, flute and guitar.
